C-A-L Ranch Stores

I’ve enjoyed shopping at Cal-Ranch for more than 20 years. Their women’s fashion is fun and flattering Western wear. They have great work wear for people working outdoors (like Duck shell). They also have great customer service at the Spanish Fork location. The only reason they don’t have a perfect score is that the price point is a little high, but if you catch them at sale time there are some great deals.

Most of the farm/ranch portion of the store is pretty nice and not too terribly overpriced. The gun counter generally has good prices and selection, but they tend to want to charge valid Utah CCW permit holders for unnecessary background checks and their FFL transfer fees are pretty high. Their clothes are stupid expensive.

I absolutely can no beleive how unprofessional and customer service failure the Spanish Fork Utah CAL Ranch store gives customers. I don't think I will ever shop there again. If I could rate zero stars I would have.

Dave the manager. You failed me. You neglect to call customers back and do what you said as a manager you should be a man of your word.  And also a Lady that answers the phone that starts with A who likes to put you on hold and hang up on you or leave you there till you get hung up on or give up did not help the situation. I don't appriciate having my time wasted.

I ordered a item from another location doing a store transfer. I spoke to Dave at the spanish fork store and the the manager at the sending store to make sure that both were on the same page. I was told it would be about a week till the item arrived and I would get a call. A couple weeks go by I got no call so I tried calling. Was unable to get any answer and was hung up on. Tried again next day, again no answer. Fyer numerous tries I was told me Dave would call me back but never did. A couple days later I tried AGAIN and was hung up on AGAIN! Calling back got the same run around and story and an I will make sure Dave calls you back. I had confirmed with the sending store sent the item and it should have been there.

To this day much time wasted and weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls, we will call you back statements and failure I have given up. Dave the manager & the employees at Spanish Fork, Utah have put such a bad taste in my mouth of CAL Ranch that I am confident I will never ever shop there or any location again they have destroyed a long term customers relationship with CAL Ranch.

2 levels of bits and bobbins to see! Primal furniture, 80s clothing, crystals, a bathtub of buttons, jewelry, lace and embroidered linens, contraptions of bygone eras. And the books! An immersive experience even if you don’t bring anything home. Restroom available for trying on clothes, too.

Our favorite antique store in the area! The prices are reasonable, the owners are kind, and there is so much to look through! The stores encompassed all three levels of the building, so there is lots to see! Extra points for the shop dog, Chewy, he’s a sweetheart

ZZZ Pawn Shop

I had a great experience here at ZZZpawnshop, The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They offered me a fair price for my items, and I was impressed by their selection of jewelry, electronics, and tools at great prices. The store was clean, well-organized. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, I highly recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be back!

My son had a gun shipped there and the process was really smooth. They did a great job of notifying him immediately when it came in. We went down together to pick it up and again they were great getting him set up and out the door. As I waited I was impressed with their selection of guns. The pricing and condition were very good. I ended up buying one for myself before we left. I will be back and would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Just read the reviews, if your an average customer and not one of the owners friends or fake google accounts he makes to Cleary review boost his business you will be treated like a first degree murderer for merely having the audacity to walk through the door. Don't believe me, I challenge you to find A SINGLE response from the owner here genuinely appologizing for a 1 star review. He litterally responds to EVERY 1 star review with "thanks, best of luck" or some sort of passive aggressive response. There isn't a business on the planet that hasn't been at fault once for a bad experience but based off his responses he doesent care or it was the customers fault. He clearly cares about the reviews cause he takes the time to respond so I can easily assume most the 5 star reviews are just himself making fake accounts to boost his reviews. This store is possibly the worst store I have ever set foot in don't believe ANY of the 5 star reviews.

I love these guys! I found out about them via Concealment Solutions, and they worked on a Glock 29 slide for me. They're professional, friendly, and do great work. Can't wait to get my next slide done with them.
