Featuring a 12.5-inch chrome-lined, government-profile barrel with a fast 1:7 twist rate, it is optimized for a wide range of modern 5.56 loads while offering enhanced barrel longevity and corrosion resistance. A carbine-length gas system paired with a low-profile gas block helps provide reliable cycling in a short-barreled configuration, while the A2 flash hider helps reduce visible muzzle flash.

Up front, the pistol is equipped with an 11.5-inch free-float RIS II rail system, providing a rigid, stable mounting platform for lights, optics, grips, and other accessories while helping maintain accuracy by keeping external pressure off the barrel.
